I encountered this station when I was traveling Amsterdam last week.  This kind of “real” interval signal reminds me of my old days when I listened to so many shortwave stations in the world.

Recording started just before their transmitter was turned on, so the video has no audio for a few seconds in the beginning.  Somehow the frequency is announced as “17500” kHz, and also “17 meter-band” which I think is supposed to be 16 meter-band.
